Return Authorization: After review, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you.
Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and send it back using the prepaid label.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed via e-wallet within 7 working days.
