To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

If the product qualifies for an exchange or return, we will arrange a courier for the return and proceed with the exchange or return process within 4-3 working days.
If the product is being returned or exchanged due to industrial defects or delivery issues, the return or exchange shipping fees will be free of charge.For any other reason, the shipping fees for the exchange or refund will be your responsibility.
If you choose to return the product, the refund will be processed via e-wallets within 7 working days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
