If the product qualifies for an exchange or return, we will arrange a courier for the return and proceed with the exchange or return process within 4-3 working days.
If the product is being returned or exchanged due to industrial defects or delivery issues, the return or exchange shipping fees will be free of charge.For any other reason, the shipping fees for the exchange or refund will be your responsibility.
If you choose to return the product due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, the refund will be processed via e-wallet within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
